I’m pleased to bring the news that Sally and I have rescheduled our AWFD meditation session for December 8th, at 11:00 am PDT, 2:00 pm EDT. More information to follow – I just wanted to let you all know now, so you can block out some time on you calendar. She will be leading us in an end-of-year meditation to release 2009, and set our spiritual sights on 2010.

Enjoy your time tomorrow with family and friends. I’m going to see a movie with my oldest son, and perhaps the ex-husband; my youngest is feeding the homeless at the Vet’s Hall, and then going to dinner at his friend’s home. For me, Thanksgiving is a day filled with freedom. Freedom to live outside the bounds of convention and social expectation. Sweet!
