Regional Representatives Program

Home / Regional Representatives Program

The ‘grassroots’ component of the AWFP, our Regional Representatives Coordinator, Yvonne Blevins and I are looking for women to be our ambassadors, bringing together women in funeral service on a local level.

Listen to the podcast with Yvonne and Kim Stacey, CEO of the AWFP, where they share their vision for the future of our organization.

Listen In

Should you wish to volunteer for a position as a Regional Representative, you’d be responsible for:

  1. Outreach activities, including contacting state organizations for member lists, and calling/writing prospective members to offer our support and networking opportunities.
  2. Small event arrangements (such as a casual luncheon)
  3. Reporting back to Yvonne on your progress in member recruitment and support.
  4. You will be given your own dedicated email address with us, and all emails sent to you there will be automatically forwarded to an email address of your choosing.

In exchange for your services, you’ll be given a free membership in the Association of Women Funeral Professionals, with access to all the benefits on the Member Resources page. If you’d like to learn more, contact Yvonne at: regionalreps@wfpconnect.com.
