Meet the Directors

Home / Meet the Directors

The Association of Women Funeral Directors is proud to promote the women of funeral service, with our feature “Meet the Directors.” This is where we engage in a casual conversation with these phenomenal women to learn what they value in themselves; what they bring to the table that makes them ‘extra special’ to the families they serve. We’ll hear about the firms they work for (or, as in the case of our first presentation, the firm they own); their perspectives on ‘service’ and their desires for their client families. It’s easy to listen in; just click on the ‘play’ button for each of the audio presentations.

The first in our series is an interview with Claudia Windal, of Franciscan Funeral Services, in St. Paul, Minnesota. She’s truly a special woman of funeral service, bringing her unique perspectives and quiet faith to bear on the conversation. Listen in:
