Have you seen this HBO film? While I know that every woman involved in the suffragette movement of the early decades of the 20th century wasn’t as beautiful as the women of this film, I still enjoyed watching the story of these deeply committed women. Actually, I was inspired, and reminded of the women in the AWFD – all of whom are committed to making inroads for the women of funeral service. For those of you who are members of Netflix, it’s available there. It’s a nice way to spend just about two hours with Hilary Swank and Angelica Huston…sweet!
